Novabase has always invested in training. In 2006, however, it decided to move to a more ambitious level, expanding and structuring the training into a true curriculum, demanding, continuous and transversal to the whole company. Thus, Novabase Campus was born.
Challenged to structure the program’s communication, Hamlet understood that it was an opportunity to reinforce the company’s cohesion around its culture and values.
The campaign, which was one of the first works carried out by Hamlet, was supposed to be informative, explaining the scope and nature of the training program, but also mobilizing, internally promoting the company’s image, reinforcing the pride and sense of belonging of all employees.
The campaign included posters, video and email.
