At the end of the conservation period, all personal data collected will be deleted.

HAMLET may have to retain personal data which may be necessary for the fulfilment of its legal obligations.
WHEN DO WE DISCLOSE DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?
11.1 HAMLET may use third parties to provide certain services, such as technical support and marketing, including the sending of the newsletter, and these services may have access to the personal data you provide.
11.2 HAMLET ensures that the entities which have access to the data are credible and offer high guarantees of protection, never having any data transmitted to them beyond what is necessary to provide the contracted service. 13.1 If data transfers occur to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, HAMLET will comply with the law with regard to the suitability of the destination country for the protection of personal data and the requirements that are applicable to these transfers. Personal data will not be transferred to jurisdictions that do not offer guarantees of safety and security.

MINORS.
14.1 The HAMLET website is not directed to minors under the age of 16, so we request that they do not provide us with personal data via the HAMLET website or via emails.

SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA.
15.1 HAMLET appreciates that you do not send and do not make known to us any sensitive personal data, i.e. information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic information, biometric information, data concerning health or data concerning sexuality and sex life. Personal data of this nature will be deleted immediately.

16.1. HAMLET reserves the right to adjust or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes will be publicized.
