Jayme Kopke, Creative and Managing Director

Jayme Kopke - Director Geral da Hamlet Comunicação de Marketing B2BJayme Kopke worked as copywriter and creative director for several advertising agencies: FCB, Leo Burnett, Strat, BMZ-Park and Wunderman, the largest Portuguese relationship marketing agency.

In these roles, he worked with both major consumer brands (Super Bock, Sogrape, Kellogg’s, Longa Vida, Unilever, Fiat…) as well as those oriented towards the business and professional market (projects for Galp, Ford, Oni, Microsoft, among others).

Jayme has received awards at advertising festivals such as the Club dos Criativos de Portugal, the Best in Relationship Marketing (CTT / APAP) and the International Automotive Advertising Awards. He has integrated the jury in competitions such as Club dos Criativos de Portugal, Eurobest and Cannes. He has published articles in the newspapers Diário Económico and Público , in the magazines Valor, Marketing e Publicidade, Meios e Publicidade e Marketeer. He collaborated on the blog Sangue, Suor e Ideas on topics related to marketing and communication. He regularly publishes articles on marketing communication in hamletb2b.com – Hamlet’s B2Blog.

Between 2004 and 2007 he ran courses in advertising and relationship marketing at Restart. In 2012 he taught at the Master in Digital Marketing Executive at ISLA, a member of Laureate International Universities, in Lisbon. Jayme also taught crash courses at  thePortuguese Association of Advertisers on “How to Evaluate Creative Ideas”, “The Basics of Trade Marketing” and “How to Get More from your Marketing Agency”.

In 2007 he founded Hamlet – the first Portuguese company specializing in B2B marketing communication.

Manuel Caetano, Creative Director

Designer e Director de arte da Hamlet Comunicação de Marketing B2B

Manuel Caetano is a designer and art director with extensive experience in advertising, direct and relational marketing. Having started his career at Publicis in Paris, between 1990 and 2003 was at Wunderman Lisbon, where he assumed the creative director position from 2000 on.

Manuel created campaigns for brands such as Triumph, Noble, Galp, Ford, Microsoft, Sonae, Ericsson, BPI, Sagres, Gillette and Danone, among others, always with a strong involvement in strategic work.

He was awarded in advertising festivals such as the Creative Club of Portugal, in the Best Relationship Marketing (CTT / APAP) and Prism Awards, where he was part of the jury on several occasions.

In 2003 he founded Cell – marketing and advertising agency,  working for clients such as Turistrela (Vodafone Ski Resort and hotels at Serra da Estrela), Travelstore (business travel), Square Real Estate, Santander Consumer Finance Bank, Ticketline and others.

After co-working with Hamlet since 2007, he joined the team in 2012.

Rui Lourenço, Project Manager

Rui Lourenço - Gestor de Projetos da Hamlet Comunicação de Marketing B2B

Rui has a degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations from ISLA. In his professional career Rui Lourenço was responsible for market research, proposal development and execution of advertising partnerships in the digital newspaper “Setúbal na Rede”.

In Hamlet, Rui Lourenço assists the coordination of internal and external teams and ensures project management for clients such as ANA Airports of Portugal, Novabase, OTLIS or EDP.

Rui also has a hand in hamletb2b.com – the blog of B2B Marketing Communication.
